To dispel conflicts based around humans versus artificial intelligence, R/GA London worked in collaboration with artificial intelligence to create a series of festive cards for the Christmas season. Happyholid.AI was created by providing hundreds of holiday greetings and songs so that a program using machine learning could generate messages for the cards. In all, 20 cards are being sold online and all of the profits will help to support Code Your Future.
The festive cards co-created by humans and AI range from funny to nonsensical, exploring holiday characters and themes like the Grinch, three wise women, Christmas trees, tinsel, snow and chilly winter temperatures. The cards are the perfect example of how AI can be used to inspire creative new ideas on a project.
