Ferragamo Unveils its SS23 Designs During Milan Fashion Week
Luxury heritage fashion house Ferragamo showcases his latest designs made for the Spring/Summer 2023 season during Milan Fashion Week. The seasonal debut capsule was refreshing and was full of draped silhouettes -- the models strutted down a runway that was full of blood-red dyed sand. The designs included Organza fabrication along with sheer knitted designs as well as liquid silks.
The silhouettes feature column dresses, swimwear, asymmetrical tops, utilitarian jacket designs, and much more. Speaking about his new role, Maximilian Davis states, “It was about looking into the archive and establishing what could be redefined to become relevant for today. I wanted to pay tribute to Salvatore’s start by bringing in the culture of Hollywood – but new Hollywood. Its ease and sensuality; its sunset and sunrise. I want each piece to feel playful, but also desirable as an object – to stand on its own.”
