FaZe Clan is Partnering with Solar Opposites for the 'Faze Elite Cup'

Esports organization FaZe Clan will host a tournament in partnership with Hulu series Solar Opposites dubbed the ‘Solar Opposites FaZe Elite Cup.’ The tournament is targeted toward players from North American and a select few will earn a chance to compete in the open qualifier event. Solo and duo Fortnite tournaments will be hosted with a prize pool of $10,000 and $40,000 USD respectively. The partnership between FaZe Clan and Solar Opposites is noteworthy due to the fact that it is the first time a TV series is utilizing an esports organization as a promotional tool.
The tournament will be streamed through production company Practice Server’s Twitch channel, as well as FaZe Clan’s social media channels due to another partnership between the brands. Solar Opposites’ season three will debut in July 2022.
