Stay Glamourous While Digging Dirt
Elit Alice — June 7, 2007 — Art & Design
You love your garden? You love your style? Combine the two! Summer's here and its time to go out and do some digging! These lovely gardening tools were made by Wild and Wolf for the V&A museum shop, embossed with the original William Morris patterns from the 19th century. Now that we have these, we only have to save money for a garden.
Implications - The William Morris patterns that were created by Morris & Co. in the Victorian era become synonymous with the Arts and Crafts movement of that time period. Not only do these gardening tools look tres chic, but they also have a little bit of history behind their design.
