The new Fallout 4 Pip-Boy app is a companion app for holotape games. However, this also syncs to your Fallout 4 and allows you to monitor your inventory and stats, check things on the map, listen to the radio and play holotape games without ever having to pause the game itself. The best aspect is that you don't even have to own the wearable Pip-Boy case.
The app allows you to listen to various audio cues in the game's demo mode. You can also play mini games such as Atomic Command, which is based on the Missile Command game.
The app was initially released for iOS and Android phones but is also now available to Windows Phone users. Ultimately, this app will get you excited and hyped up for the release of the Fallout 4 game on November 10.
