Benjamin Hubert experiments with three dimensional fabric furniture in his latest collection dubbed the Cradle line. The movable collection features an array of curved an angular furniture pieces that are composed of solid elements rendered out of material that achieves a modern and futuristic aesthetic while still remaining functional.
The Cradle collection features an array of chairs, tables and wall separators all made using the three dimensional material that has been expertly stretched to create a lattice-like pattern. The fabric is comprised of a knitted pattern with high durability so it retains its shape when stretched and becomes strong and sturdy. The fabric comprises the backs, tops and framework of the furniture that is then coupled with cushioned blocks. The collection opts for bold color hues that further accentuate the material's intricate lattice pattern.
