The Evan Bacon life-sized version of Batman is an epic LEGO construction.
At 13 years old, Evan Bacon has managed to transform LEGO blocks into one of the most iconic superheroes of all time: Batman! Considering how heavy the structure looks, the entire design only weighs 60 pounds. Bacon used somewhere between 15,000 and 20,000 bricks and took about three months to build the LEGO wonder. As you can see, all that effort ended up in an epic design that beautifully replicates the famous pop culture icon. From the mask to the bat logo, the details are impressive and striking.
The LEGO Batman won three well-deserved awards at the Texas Brick Fiesta this Summer. Perhaps the Joker will come out next.
