The four German design artists, Ania Bauer, Jacob Brinck, Lena Hirche, and Ramon Toshiro Merker at llot llovs have come up with some unique knitted light objects. The two versions go by the names Matt and Ray. The neutral color and the flexible design will allow this lighting to make itself at home in a number of settings.
The intention behind the designs is to promote an entertaining lighting ‘installation’ that encourages users to experiment with moving and displaying the lighting in different ways. The works are constructed of knitted wool, steel cable, and energy efficient bulbs.
