The Emoji Keyboard lets you type your favorite emoticons right into your computer. That's right, no longer will you have to switch to your iPhone when it comes time to show how hungry or excited you are. The keyboard was created by Disk Cactus, an art and technology studio in Oakland, California. The company built its first Emoji Keyboard because it needed a way to write its name, which is actually spelled with the floppy disk and cactus emojis.
The Emoji Keyboard works on standard MacBooks and MacBook Airs as well as the 11" Air. After laying the keyboard covering down, all you need to do is install software that will then convert your keystrokes into emojis whenever you press "Caps Locks" to activate the keyboard.
