L'Oreal has launched its first self-heating hair treatment: the Elvive Dream mask. Made for consumers who have long hair that's been subjected to damage, the mask is formulated with vegetal protein and castor oil, which are known to help reverse damage in the hair and prompt growth and strength.
To use the Elvive Dream mask, consumers start by opening the first section of the package, and then apply the balm into their freshly washed and towel-dried hair. Once the balm has been distributed, the second section can be opened, which contains a disposable tissue cap. The cap is placed onto the hair that has been wrapped on top of the head, and used to massage the scalp. After about 10 minutes, the cap can be removed and the product is rinsed out.
