The Eel Electric Vehicle has been conceived as a smarter solution to work transportation. Great numbers of people still either require or prefer to drive their own automobiles to the office, often meaning that dozens of kilometers are traveled with just one or two people riding inside.
Given that the practice of carpooling never took off in a way that has ever greatly benefited the planet, Imran Othman chose to include just a pair of seats in this concept car to reduce the size and weight of it. This means that it can park and weave through traffic more easily, plus it needs less fuel to run. Furthermore, the Eel Electric Vehicle operates based on a lithium powered battery for a much more eco-friendly ride.
