Volvo is moving forward with plans to create their eco-friendly cars, despite the Detroit woes and general worldwide financial crunch. The micro-hybrid ReCharge is their latest incarnation, which should be released to charge up the market in 2011. Two versions, a complete hybrid (diesel and gas) and a plug-in electric, are slated to move forward.
