In her Dragonborn photo series, fashion photographer Emilie Elizabeth combines elements of high end fashion with her favorite elements from the video game Skyrim.
Elizabeth primarily works out of Los Angeles. In addition to her experience conducting photo shoots for magazines, advertising campaigns and record labels, she's also a pretty big gamer and has worked on art projects with game developers like 2K Games (makers of Borderlands and Bioshock) and Treyarch (makers of Call of Duty: Black Ops).
Her Dragonborn photo series takes fashion models and places them against a scenic Californian backdrop which, notably, bear a striking resemblance to Skyim's Nordic-inspired landscapes. Some of the photos even manage to capture bits of humour that only fans of the game would pick up on, such as the bucket on the head or the subtle reference to taking an arrow to the knee.
