Nike Announces a Bo Jackson-Inspired Shoe Dubbed 'Don't I Know You?'
Nike is returning with a new pair of the Nike Air Trainer 1 sneaker in ‘Don’t I Know You?’ Inspired by a vintage Bo Jackson poster, the new offering features white leather uppers and white mesh tongue units, in addition to baseball and football stitching at the heels that resemble both sports respective balls. The Nike Swoosh is cut in half at the midfoot for this iteration, blending into the clean white base and matching the “NIKE AIR” embroidery on the back. Nike branding can also be found in a blue shade on the velcro straps, tongue tags, and insoles, contrasting the mostly-white colorway.
The sneaker is finished with a set of white midsoles and light blue rubber outsoles, tying together the color scheme of the shoe. The Nike Air Trainer 1 ‘Don’t I Know You?’ launches in the upcoming weeks on the Nike website.
