Dominos Introduces an Update to its Pizza Rewards System
Domino’s Pizza, a well-known chain in the pizza industry, has unveiled its revamped loyalty program, Domino’s Rewards. The new updates to the program include 10 points for every order of $5 or more, replacing the previously set $10. In addition to fast point accumulation, members will gain access to exclusive deals, discounts, and special opportunities to earn bonus points. There will also be a new tiered rewards system where customers can select which reward they would like to redeem upon reaching a certain level.
"At a time when most brands are scaling back their loyalty programs and making it more difficult to earn and redeem points, Domino’s is doing the opposite. We want to make it easier to reward our customers and give them more options so they can get rewarded faster," said Mark Messing, Domino’s vice president of digital experience and loyalty.
