Siberian Design Centre created the Domik Ptashki, which is a wooden birdhouse that is specifically designed to be appealing to humans and birds. It allows humans to be as close as possible to the animals' natural habitat from a safe place.
It boasts a naturally round shape that is meant to resemble the natural tree hollow that birds will enter to take shelter. This also reduces the weather impacts of harsh conditions including snow, wind, and rain. The tophole is designed with a deep cylindrical shape which protects the animals from predatory animals. The structure has a low center of gravity and can be fastened between branches of a tree without having to cause any damage to the trees.
