Los Angeles-based architect and owner Pavlina Williams and R & A architecture group, renovated and re-designed this dome-shaped home. The team added new windows and created and open floor plan, allowing the desert and mountain view to be seen everyone in the house.
By gutting the entire home from the inside out, the team turned this dome-shaped home turned into a modern, light-filled space. Featuring trapezoid and triangular windows, every aspect of this home is unique and completely customized. The original home was built in 1956 in Palm Springs, comprised of a half-globe dome and a rectangular section.
This newly renovated dome-shaped home has a one-of-a-kind 360-degree view of Coachella Valley, Joshua Tree and a collection of Wind Turbines.
