Created in collaboration between UrthPact LLC and Preserve, this disposable plastic cutlery is crafted using recycled materials in an effort to decrease the number of new materials that are needed to be manufactured.
The cutlery is meant to be used in a single-use manner by restaurants and cafes in a bid to make use of the massive amount of plastic that is recycled.
Set to start rolling out at dining locations immediately, the disposable plastic cutlery will be available at about 400 locations by March 1 of this year. The cutlery will help to make use of recyclable materials and help to extend the life of them by using it for a new product. This will help to decrease some of the waste that is created by businesses and reduce environmental impact in various ways.
