Markus Moestue Created This Dino Bicycle Design to Travel Around Norway

Inventor Markus Moestue created this innovative and rather unique dinosaur for his travels to Norway. The handmade bike design makes it look as though Moestue is actually riding on the back of a real prehistoric tyrannosaurus rex.
Moestue engineered his dinosaur bike using several old bicycle parts and styrofoam. The styrofoam was carved into the shape of a traditional tyrannosaurus rex complete with a fiber glass finish and orangey red stripes. Both the head and body were carved separately and then molded together onto the bike joining at the handle bars and seat. The dinosaur's body sits comfortably on two standard bikes and a pair of training wheels for stability. When Moestue sits on the bike, it really looks as though he's galavanting on the back of a hungry T-rex.
