Swipii is the UK's first tablet-based digital loyalty platform. Swipii's clients can set up a customer-facing tablet that allows customers to use a free Swipii card or mobile app that can be used as a universal loyalty solution at all of Swipii's participating locations.
Swipii is unique in that it is an all-inclusive customer relationship management system that is accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. Aside from the digital loyalty system, it can also be used to create customized rewards programs and maintain customer email databases.
Swipii includes social media, Yelp and Trip Advisor integration. It also features an additional featured called the 'Swipii Alliance,' which allows non-competing merchants and stores to run cross-referral deals.
