Deezer Uses AI to Enhance its Playlist-Generating Capabilities

Aligning with recent developments in AI technology, Deezer is unveiling an artificial intelligence-powered playlist feature. Deezer plans to grant 5% of its paying subscribers access to this beta feature. These users will now be able to generate new playlists based on written prompts that describe various elements. Examples of these elements include moods, genres, activities, and more.

Deezer's new launch accommodates consumer demand for AI-powered products. Competitors such as Spotify and Amazon Music have already launched similar initiatives, making Deezer one of the latest to follow suit.
