A man in Naples, Italy was literally able to shoot his mouth off with this cell phone look-alike that was recently confiscated.
The Italian police seized the weapon in a raid on a Mafia gang, and the "phone" that even featured a fake display turned out to be a pistol with four .22 caliber bullets.
The transformer became a gun by sliding the keypad, making the stubby antenna the barrel. It is fired by touching a key on the keypad.
Implications - This incredibly stealth and destructive gun innovation stunned the police. "This is the first time such a weapon has been seized and shows the sophistication that the crime syndicates are turning to," said a police spokesman. "Tests are being carried out to see if it has been used recently or has been involved in any shooting attacks."
Here's to hoping this is the last time we hear of a weapon like this being seized or used.
