‘Star Wars' in Paris by Delsaux

Stormtroopers take on urban Paris in these ‘Star Wars’-inspired images by French photographer Cedric Delsaux. The artist overlaid actual ‘Star Wars’ action figures on photographs of the metropolitan city in the heart of France.
The Parisian architecture forms an ideal backdrop for the futuristic warriors creating a stylized cyber-urban effect.
I love the dramatic image of the red cloaked Royal Guard characters as sentinels from high above an otherwise drab building.
Implications - There's something special about the way these Star Wars in Paris seem to fit in, despite traditonally residing in space. Maybe George Lucas needs to look into another revenue stream for the multi-billion dollar franchise? How about Star Wars in New York/ In London? In Toronto? I'm ready for them all.
