Although this collection of cutout leaf artworks is not the first of its kind, the sculptures are particularly worthy of note. Full of intricate details and stunning imagery, it is hard not to appreciate the delicate work put into each creation. Mother Nature herself couldn't have done a better job. Not to mention that she would most likely be a big fan of these cutout leaf artworks herself.
Created by Omid Asadi, an artist from Iran, the cutout leaf artworks were inspired by the lack of care people had for fallen leaves. He reveals, "I started to think why nobody paid attention to these beautiful leaves and trod on them, because of their name--if they were called flowers we wouldn’t tread on them at all!"
