Poliquant unveiled a collection preview in Paris recently for Spring/Summer 2025 and a spotlight hits the custom Desert Trek and Wallabees by Clarks. The two custom Clarks shoes are driven by concept and have an experimental look and feel.
The brand reimagines the iconic shoes with the theme of 'beautification over time' as both the beige silhouettes are coated with a resin finish along the upper. This forms uneven patches where the fabric is more glossy to create a worn-in look that will grow over time. The collaboration also has an additional eyelet for the laces that are added on both of the shoes. Poliquant has switched regular laces over the forefoot with drawstring laces for a utilitarian touch.
