The Cupcake Tree for Tate + Lyle Encourages Kids to Bake

Leading up to the Mad Artists Tea Party event, Cakehead Loves Evil (AKA me, Cowbag!) was asked by Tate + Lyle to devise a creative consumer sampling experience that would encourage children and parents to engage with cake.
Like its inspiration the Faraway Tree, the Cupcake Tree will sprout different cakes depending on its location, and children must actively 'pick' them from the trees. The initiative is meant to encourage kids to bake and get involved in the kitchen. We are also creating a series of cupcakes that show their evolution into full bloom.
