Cincopatasalgato Architects designed the 'Casa Costa Azul,' a gorgeous villa built on El Salvador's Pacific Coast.
In order to maximize views, the architects designed the residence around an open-air garden, which functions as the home's heart center. As such, the home offers excellent, unobstructed views of the surrounding ocean, which are framed by the rest of the property (most specifically, an open-concept kitchen and bar).
The exterior features a traditional thatched roof, which has been updated with contemporary design and fabric. The rest of the building is designed with a minimal aesthetic, creating a beautiful juxtaposition to the abundant vegetation and plant life growing in the tropical site. The home, therefore, stands out like a beacon of modernity.
