The BIOVESSEL is the name of compost system created by a company based in Los Angeles called BIONICRAFT.
Dedicated to biological research, the team there has been looking to design a system that integrates sustainable living efforts into the homes of more people. In doing so, the company hopes that waste materials from produce and other foods are made useful again by transforming them into nutrient-rich material.
In order to use the compost systems, consumers simply need to fill the BIOVESSEL with the correct amount of water and then place their food waste inside. Once doing so, they wait for the contents to be broken down by earthworms. After, the food waste is set to be used as a fertilizer for plants, at which point consumers can take the material out of the device. With this design, BIONICRAFT's compost system is completely odor-free and easy to use, making for a useful eco-friendly addition to any kitchen.
