Designed as a compact portable kitchen, Assembly is a seven-in-one culinary set aimed at Millennials with limited space in their homes and kitchens. Conceptualized by Royal College of Art graduate Yu Li, the compact portable kitchen contains a cutting board, induction stove, a pot and pan, a wrap for utensils and cutlery, a dish rack and a portable box. The entire package offers the necessary tools and equipment for a single user to cook and eat a basic meal.
According to Li, the compact portable kitchen is designed to be functional and aesthetically pleasing. Assembly features a minimalist aesthetic and celebrates white and red to stand out among the sea of stainless steel and black cookware. According to Li, "The idea is to trim the original kitchen space down to a few minimal elements so space can be designed simpler."
