Learfield Licensing Partners And New Era Cap have collaborated with a number of Hispanic artists to develop a line of college baseball caps that celebrate the contributions of Hispanic art, as well as America's diverse student body.
The line features contributions from noted Hispanic artists, including Mister Cartoon, David Flores and Los Otros. In addition, this New Era-branded line will partner with American schools including University of California Berkeley, The University of New Mexico, University of Houston, The University of Texas El Paso, The University of Texas at San Antonio and California State University Long Beach, to offer its students a more inclusive collection of academic apparel.
Ben Emmons, the vice president of marketing at Learfield Licensing Partners stated that "When developing the line, we really had to be purposeful in ensuring the collection reflected modern Hispanic art, our schools' brand ethos, and appealed to both fans of each respective school and to that of each artist."
The Hispanic Heritage hats will be retailing online and in participating on-campus bookstores.
