Tampa-based NSNY Design has launched a Kickstarter for an innovation that is set to deliver efficiency and convenience to consumers—a 10-minute cold-brew coffee device. Dubbed 'Swift,' the product seeks to solve the difficulty of making a tasty cold-brew beverage in the comfort of one's home or even on-the-go. Traditionally, this process would take 24 hours and would involve the use of "bulky machines."
To start the process, one needs water, coffee grounds, and a filter bag. NSNY Design's cold-brew coffee device allows the water to cycle through the grounds and cold water is used to extract the same flavor. Due to the movement of the water, the solubles are released at a faster rate. This cycle continues to repeat itself for 10 minutes and thereafter, one can enjoy a delicious cold-brew.
