These Cocktail Glasses Don't Allow for Setting Drinks Down
Lacey-Jane Walsh — June 6, 2013 — Art & Design
This half finished collection of cocktail glasses is cleverly designed to keep party guests drinking. Designer Joe Doucet is responsible for these fantastic glasses that are made missing pieces (on purpose.) These cocktail glasses have no stems, which removes the possibility of setting down your drink.
This collection, which Doucet has named Baccic, features wine glasses, martini glasses and champagne flutes. As you can see in the pictures above, these stunning glasses don't do well when they're set down, so the only option is to keep your drink in hand.
These cocktail glasses are perfect for times when you really want to get the party started. It's hard to slowly sip a drink that can't leave your hand.
