Isabel Marant works in collaboration with Converse on the new Chuck 70 Wedge silhouette which celebrates a past era. The 2010s were dominated by the design and it has been a controversial design ever since. The Chuck 70 Wedge has a covered heel unit with a 2.5-inch height and it is essentially an elevated variation of the iconic Beckett sneaker by Marant.
It also comes in a flat version for those who prefer a more versatile shape. It is set to launch officially on September 11 on Isabel Marant's website and the following day for Converse. The design has a distressed element and it all rests on top of the signature rubber sole unit by Converse. Rounding it out are Marant's logo on one side and Converse's on the other.
