Chris Kabel is a Dutch designer who has really impressed me with his latest project, 'Shared Spaces III.' For 'Shared Spaces III' Chris Kabel designed a circular wooden bench, which is no magnificent feat, until you realize that he made the bench out of one beam of wood.
The wood came from a 10-meter beam that was cut into sections and then put back into place with a metal strap. Check out Chris Kabel's design above and be sure to click below to see more of his work along with other cool benches from the Trend Hunter archives.
