Autoblog is kind of hacked off that the Chinese built a two-seater desert buggy called the Shanzai Hoggar. They claim it is a clone of the Peugeot Hoggar concept shown in 2003... that was six years ago! If Peugeot wanted to build this buggy, they had their chance; now the Chinese have adopted the concept and are building a smaller version. The power comes from a Chery QQ engine with five speeds.
