Vans Has Added Desert Camouflage to Its Classic Checkerboard Design
Daniel Johnson — August 7, 2019 — Fashion
Vans adds desert camouflage into its checkerboard design, in an effort to change up its classic shoes. The desert camouflage contrasts with the black squares around the checkerboard design. The shoes also have minimalist black paneling with white stitching. White leather Jazz stripes run across the desert camouflage pattern, which visually contrasts with the pattern of the shoe pannels. The shoes also feature white soles and laces which contrast with the rest of the design. Vans branding can be seen on the heel of the shoe.
The Vans Desert Camouflage Checkerboard triple-pack is currently available on the company website for a $55 price point for the slip-on model, and a $60 price point for the 'Old Skool version' which has laces.
