The Gagosian is set to showcase the new Casa Malaparte: Furniture exhibition that celebrates architectural designs. It is located along the eastern coast of Capri in Italy and it was the home designed by the talents of Kurt Erich Suckert, who is also known as Curzio Malaparte back in 1938.
It was later finished in 1941 with a spotlight on the trapezoidal staircase that leads up to the roof and terrace, opening up to iconic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is also known for its immaculate furniture, which is going to be showcased at the Gagosian. This includes a table, bend, and console -- all of which are made with a solid slab of walnut wood that has support columns.
