B-Sides Crunch Puffs are a sustainable food product crafted with upcycled ingredients in the spotlight to help combat against the issue of food waste in a decidedly delicious way. The snack product consists of crispy puffs crafted out of upcycled oats that are sourced from the oat milk production industry and paired with ample flavoring to give them a crunchy yet tasty profile. The product features 10-grams of plant-based protein in each serving, while also featuring a free-from recipe that's soy-free, dairy-free and also free from the top nine allergens.
The B-Sides Crunch Puffs come in three flavors including Ranch, Cheddar and Jalapeño, and were created by Founder Yousuf Ahmed who was inspired by a WASTED pop-up dinner hosted by Dan Barber.
