Botrista is a new cloud-connected beverage machine that allows restaurants to make complex, craft drinks in-house. The dispensing hardware connects to a library of hundreds of drink recipes—ranging from lemonade, fusion fruit tea, tea lattes, agua fresca, and mocktails, among others—that bartenders and barista can have made with a click of a button. Restaurants can choose between six and 20 beverages to serve at a given time.
Restaurants pay a monthly service fee to maintain the hardware and pay between $1.50 to $1.85 per beverage, however, the hardware itself is free. The Botrista system will also enable restaurants to easily track their inventory and can reduce the number of employees needed on-hand to curate drinks.
