Seen at CES 2017, the Black & Decker Smartech Robotic Vacuum is a new kind of robot vacuum that works to make the cleaning experience far more comprehensive than with other units on the market. The vacuum is designed to navigate a space with ease without bumping into obstacles, but is also capable of compressing the dirt and debris that it sucks up. This makes emptying the unit far easier than with traditional vacuums and robotic varieties where a lot of the debris will reenter the environment when being emptied.
The Black & Decker Smartech Robotic Vacuum features an accompanying app that is connected to via Bluetooth and that enables users to manually take over the cleaning robot whenever they want. The vacuum features a battery pack that's rated for up to 90-minutes of cleaning per charge.
