The Bire Bitori cocktail bar located in Mexico offers guests unique views while they dine thanks to the unique location of the eatery, located on the cliffside of Copper Canyon mountain. The bar is suspended onto the side of the rock as so to offer visitors a panoramic view of the surrounding natural landscapes.
Tall Arquitectos is the architectural firm that put together the inception and design of the Bire Bitori with the idea of offering guests an unlikely place and setting to enjoy a refreshing beverage. The space is a two floored concrete building that is constructed into the mountainside allowing for a majority of the space to be suspended over the canyon. Clear glass floor tiling further allows guests to enjoy this suspended and weightless feeling while dining.
