Barneys Electric Holiday has been announced as the follow up to last year's Gaga workshop theme. The Electric Holiday campaign will feature beloved Disney characters as high-fashion runway models wearing clothes by the world's top designers.
Starting on November 14th, Barneys' Madison Avenue flagship store will feature a 3D light show and a short art film that features Disney character models accompanied by an original score by Michael Giacchino. The art film will feature Minnie Mouse in Lanvin by Alber Elbaz, Goofy in Balmain by Olivier Rousteing, Daisy in Dolce and Gabbana, Mickey Mouse in Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquiere and Cruella DeVille in Rick Owens.
In addition to the Electric Holiday campaign, Barneys is also selling limited edition Vinylmation figurines that have been designed by greats like Paul Smith and Diane Von Furstenberg.
