Men who are bald apparently have support groups. A common practice at these meetings is participation in various forms of art therapy.
Australian artist Ben Landau came up with this interesting design project aptly called "Bald Bowls." The bald men cast each other's heads in plaster and then create bowls from the casts. It is hoped that these hair-free men will bond by creating something together.
What's more, having a useful and unique artifact to commemorate the bonding experience is considered to be cathartic and thus helps the baldies accept their hair-free heads.
