The Balanced Chef Knife set includes the Utility, Santoku and Petty chef knives, which feature 40, 50 and 20 gram weights within the handles, respectively. Each knife has a blade that's finished in nonstick Black Chromium and crafted from Cutting Class martensitic steel.
