Sony and Team Asobi Launched an 'Astro Bot' Edition Dualsense

The Astro Bot Limited Edition DualSense Wireless Controller, developed by Sony and Team Asobi, is designed to complement the upcoming Astro Bot game for the PlayStation 5. This controller features Astro’s signature blue accents on the handles and buttons, carved-in sci-fi lines, and a pair of playful eyes on the touchpad. It integrates advanced haptic feedback and adaptive triggers to enhance the gaming experience, allowing players to feel various textures and pressures corresponding to in-game actions.

The controller will be available for pre-order starting August 9, 2024, at 7 a.m. PT in the U.S. and 10 a.m. local time in several European countries, including the U.K., France, and Germany. It is priced at $79.99 in the U.S., €79.99 in Europe, £69.99 in the U.K., and ¥11,980 in Japan. The official release date is set for September 6, 2024, coinciding with the launch of the upcoming Astro Bot game.
