Either the inmates at an old correctional facility located in the city of Roermond, the Netherlands were treated like kings and queens while they resided inside, or it was completely renovated to become the Arrest Hotel it is today. Most people will most likely go with the latter since such leniency would be unacceptable in even the most forgiving place in the world.
Re-imagined by architect Van der Valk Design and outfitted with a RB 500 roller shade operating system from Hunter Douglas Contract, the aptly named Arrest Hotel boasts a stunning modern interior while maintaining as much of the building's original exterior. The Arrest Hotel's RB 500 system can be operated by a chain, crank or motors for control of how much natural light enters inside.
