Grandwood by Zorzi built the 'Appealathon House,' a futuristic-looking abode located in Perth, Western Australia.
The home features a stone laid floor throughout its interior. The stone material is complemented by an open tread timber stair case, underneath which a small pond is located. At the top of the stairs, a bridge with floor-to-ceiling glass windows separates the master and junior suites. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are styled to achieve the sleek feel of a hotel.
The home features an open-plan concept that is further enhanced by a wall of north-facing windows on the ground floor that allow natural light to filter in. Frameless stacking doors provide access to the home's alfresco terrace, further blurring the boundaries between inside and outside.
