The AOC Aire iPlay is a Compact Entertainment Unit
Sarah Moore — June 19, 2012 — Tech
The AOC Aire iPlay is finally set for release after a much anticipated wait since early 2011.
With full HD capability, HDMI hookups and the ability to split the screen into a four-sectioned workstation, the 23” monitor is pretty impressive even if one doesn’t count the fact that it can also operate as a dock for one’s smartphone, MP3 player and game console.
While it comes equipped with a dock specifically made for iPhones and iPods, it can also play media from other devices through additional ports. The dock charges the device that is plugged into it as well as taking content stored on it and streaming it to the large screen.
It also comes equipped with internal 10 watt speakers and the ability to use the monitor with a mouse.
