The Anemone Collection may look like a cross-section of a carpet, but as its name suggests, it is inspired by aquatic flowers. Adorably fluffy, the lamps in the Anemone Collection give the living space it is placed in the impression that it resides underwater. From its soft glow to its soft surface, the light fixtures are romantic and exotic.
Created by Paris-based designer Olivia d’Aboville for HIVE, the Anemone Collection is made up of hundreds of hand-molded polystyrene tentacles. Woven together after going through a heating process, they are then paired with several LED lights to create a striking coral reef effect.
Mounted onto the wall or placed on a stand like a floor lamp, the Anemone Collection is very versatile.
