New York-based fragrance house Le Labo joins forces with AnOther Magazine to unveil a new candle dubbed Amborxyde 17. This is not the first time that the two are working together, having created the ANOTHER 13 perfume back in 2020. The team tapped artist Katrian de Blauwer to explore the “invisible language of fragrance through her layered tactility” when creating the visual branding of the new candle.
Global brand president and creative director of Le Labo, Deborah Royer noted, “Fragrance speaks a language of its own that no one can ever predict or direct. It contains endless personal stories and intimate experiences waiting to be lived—and sometimes shared. This has always been a common thread in our longstanding friendship with AnOther Magazine, whose introduction to the artist Katrien de Blauwer sparked an open-ended exploration of what it means to give tangible form to fleeting emotion.”
